Why Subscribe?
This newsletter was born out of a season of burnout and how God changed me in that place.
After years of pushing, striving, and trying to hold everything together, I reached a point where I could no longer live on autopilot. I was spiritually exhausted, emotionally worn down, and physically sick. What followed wasn’t a sudden breakthrough or a perfect system, but a gradual rebuilding in which God shifted my focus from myself to finding my identity in Jesus, establishing relaxed rhythms over rigid routines, and noticing magic and beauty in the mundane and ordinary. It was about building a life I loved with God at the center.
Subscribing is a way to walk that rebuilding journey with me, as I share what I have learned and continue learning alongside others.
Each week, I share reflections, tools, and encouragement grounded in Scripture and lived experience and what God is teaching me about motherhood, faith, and intentional living as I continue to heal from burnout.
