I love how you bring attention to the fact that moms in the past would have loved some of the tools we have now!! Like yes, our phones shouldn’t be the center of our life but they are extremely helpful! Since following along with you, I’ve really been able to turn around my phone usage as well! But my calendar app and all my different lists/reminders are still a key part for me to function well as a mother.
My kids love watching old videos of themselves and the family but we do it on our computer. They also love making their own vlog style videos on my phone that just go into our personal archives for later. I'm definitely trying to move as many things done from my phone to off my phone- the way it was before smart phones. Keeping my phone only as a tool for things that you can't do off a phone. I think the less we have of these tiny screens, the better! Great article friend!

My daughter loves looking at old pics/vids of herself! It’s so much fun for both of us.
It’s bittersweet seeing their present day self and their baby self at the same time 😭😭😭
