I am also working towards analog, but figuring out job-related work around is taking time. I am dabbling with using ‘Assistive Access’ (iPhone setting) and it is getting easier. It turns the attractiveness of the iPhone down, and it’s easier to make it a simpler tool again. I’m not sure I can go back to the keypad texting, but I look forward to your reporting back!
