Hey there, sweet friend. I’m Sarah, a mom of two, a former marketer turned stay-at-home mother, and a writer learning how to slow down in a loud world.
Here I will be starting a little audio essay series. This will be a space where I read my personal Substack essays, honest reflections, and devotionals for those who are not familiar with Substack or just prefer an audible experience.
My goal for the future is to create more long-form videos, but since I don’t currently have the bandwidth for that, I hope to build genuine connections in my digital community through audio and video alongside the written word.
Today, we are taking it back to one of my first articles, where we will talk about navigating deep burnout, managing ADHD and PCOS in motherhood, and the intersection of faith and mental health.
As I enter a slower summer season with my kids, I’m stepping away from the video screens to protect my time with my family, but I still want to encourage yours. So pour a cup of tea, leave the apps behind for a few minutes, and listen in. Let’s learn how to make our faith feel more sacred, our life feel slower, our wellness feel softer, and our motherhood feel completely savored. Pull up a chair; I’m so glad you’re here.
