Hey there, sweet friend! I’m Sarah, a former marketing manager turned writer and stay-at-home mom of 2.
My goal for the future is to create more long-form videos, but since I don’t currently have the bandwidth for that, I hope to build genuine connections in my digital community through audio and video alongside the written word. Because of that, I have started a short audio essay series in which I will read my past and current personal Substack essays for those who are not familiar with Substack or prefer an audio-based experience.
Today, we are diving into my 6/12/26 article, where I’m opening up about a hard confession: I think I am addicted to my phone. We will be talking about what helped me come to that realization and what I want to do about it next.
As I enter a slower summer season with my kids, I’m stepping away from the video screens to protect my time with my family, but I still want to encourage you and yours. So pour your favorite beverage, leave the apps behind for a few minutes, and listen in. Let’s learn how to make our faith feel more sacred, our life feel slower, our wellness feel softer, and our motherhood feel completely savored. I am so glad you are here!
