Ok first off, these little fairy gardens are SO darn cute and I'm totally stealing this when my daughter is older! Love that you could use simple Dollar Store things, but make a special, creative activity out of it.
It's neat to hear delight talked about as a discipline! I'm going to have to think more on what it looks like to cultivate delight as our daughter grows. But even now I see how when I'm really present with her and looking to engage, we have some sweet moments of hearing her new words and seeing her goofy toddler expressions. I feel that sense of delight you're talking about, and I want more of it!
